Our Advanced Fleet
We have spent the last 20 years perfecting the design of our vehicles to ensure they are fit for purpose, offering covered transportation for motorcycles to protect them from the elements. Our delivery vehicles can carry up to 8 scooters or 5 motorcycles at any given time, setting us apart from competitors who often use sprinter vans with limited storage space and weight capacity.
Fit For Purpose
Unlike flatbeds, our custom built vehicles offer covered transportation for motorcycles, keeping them protected from the outside elements.
Our delivery vehicles have been designed to carry up to 8 scooters or 5 motorcycles at any given time! (Depending on weight). This really sets us aside from any competition, who mostly use sprinter vans and are limited due to storage space and weight!
Accessibility
The rear door of our vehicles comes down, acting as safe and secure, low-loading ramp, no single wheel folding ramps in sight.
As well as this, our vehicles have a rear side door, allowing extra manoeuvrability whilst loading and unloading. Both combined makes loading and unloading bikes almost effortless. Having this easy accessibility strongly reduces the risk of damage to any motorcycles when loading and unloading.
Equipment
Our vehicles are equipped with the latest technology and safety equipment to ensure we can do our job as safely and easily as possible. This equipment includes wheel chocks, quality approved straps, ratchets and floor hooks.
Our vehicles are also fitted with a winch for accident and non-rolling vehicles. All equipment is inspected regularly to ensure they are safe for use.
Security
All of our vehicles are fitted with live CCTV devices, which are recording 24/7. We have access to view live video of the front, rear and both sides ofour vehicles. We can also view the cab and the back where the motorcycles are loaded.
Our vehicles are fitted with amber beacons, and bright interior and exterior work lights for safe stopping and parking whilst loading in a variety of scenarios.
From the Beginning...
Our Company History
Founded in 1992 by our Managing Director, Gary Bravo, our company started with just a couple of vans and a team of motorcycle mechanics. Initially serving courier companies, our customer base quickly expanded to include bike shops, motorcycle hire shops, and major breakdown agencies like BMW UK, Piaggio, and Aprilia.
In 1998, we moved our headquarters to Riverside House in North London, and in 2003, we relocated to Grantham in Lincolnshire, expanding our coverage nationwide. Today, with a fleet of over 60 vehicles, we are the largest motorcycle specialist recovery company in the UK, offering nationwide coverage and building a strong customer base with our National Delivery network.

Our mission is to provide the best service for our customers, both at the roadside with our trained technicians and delivery drivers, and at our Head Office with our dedicated customer service staff.
Our Insurance
Although our vans are perfectly designed for the safe transportation of motorcycles, and the fact our drivers and technicians are trained and experienced in handling motorcycles, accidents do happen.
For your piece of mind, our goods in transit and motor insurance covers us up to £100,000, so even if the worst case scenario comes around, not only are we protected, but so are you.
We are insured with Allianz, one of the top insurers in Europe, who handle our (very few) claims, providing an excellent service.
Our Standards
We pride ourselves on being a company run by bikers, for bikers. All of our roadside staff are trained to handle all ranges of motorcycles, scooters and mopeds so our customers can rest easy knowing their pride and joy is being cared for.
On top of this, all of our employees, Roadside and Office Staff alike, are trained to give our customers the best and most professional service possible.
